Keokuk County Hospital & Clinics is seeking a full time or part time Emergency Room Physician to join our team! Physician will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of the healthcare team. Responsibilities: perform medical procedures as necessary, prescribe medication and treatments, and communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals. As part of the emergency room shift, physician will be expected to manage inpatient, observation and swing bed patients. Qualifications: Previous experience as a physician in emergency room, licensed to practice in the state of Iowa, current registration with DEA and CSA, current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and Mandatory Reporter Training, strong attention to detail, ability to build rapport with patients.
