Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- BILINGUAL SKILLS - ENGLISH AND SPANISH PREFERRED
- Agent must be willing to work nights and weekends as well as holidays to meet the needs of the business
- Knowledge of local transit and California locale is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- General Internet and basic Data Entry (non 10 key) knowledge
- A typing speed of no less than 25 words per minute is desired.
- A willingness and ability to work the night or pm shifts as needed to meet the needs of the business.
- Experience in a call center or dispatch environment highly desirable.
