- Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.

- Managing the inspection, maintenance and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevator and fuel systems.
- Manage all building security needs, such as maintaining card access systems and video surveillance systems, fire safety and prevention systems.
- Budget preparation and management experience.
- Establish and communicate health and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Full technical knowledge of facility, emergency backup generators, water, lighting (exterior and interior), landscaping, irrigation, and drains systems and preventative maintenance practices.
- Collaborate and coordinate with management staff to ensure a smooth operation.
- Support development or improvement of existing and future facility projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
|
- 3-5 years’ experience in a facility maintenance operation.
- Knowledgeable in facilities, utilities, and production infrastructure and environmental compliance requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Local, State and Federal Regulations, Building Codes, and Health and Safety Standards.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple activities.
- Good communication, organizational, problem solving, and listening skills.
- Proficiency using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord.

Working Conditions

- Occasionally work may be accomplished outdoors in extreme weather condition (hot/cold/etc.). Is frequently exposed to loud noises, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals in a ventilated maintenance shop.
