Salary: $85k - $95k / yr.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of Customer Service and Quality Assurance experience.
- Progressive experience in quality assurance auditing, investigation and/or analysis required.
- Public Transit experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel required
- Must understand internal control requirements and best practices as well as demonstrate the ability to suggest mitigating controls, where necessary.
- Experience in leading and managing employees, individually and in a team / project environment
- Experience with clearly presenting findings and recommendations to management and client required.

Key Accountabilities:
- Quality Assurance Management
- Conducts biweekly, monthly audits in the Maintenance department to ensure they are meeting their goals.
- Conduct monthly PM Compliance audits directly with the client.
- Perform 20% QA audits on Post PMs.
- Management the PM Program utilizing the client software systems
- Audit review of PM work order prior to client audit.
- Attend all quarterly Pullout gate inspections that are performed by OCTA client
- Work closely with Maintenance Managers at both locations.
- Travel between the Anaheim Base and Irvine Sand Canyon to perform job responsibilities
- Perform monthly cleanliness inspections at each base with Maintenance Manager
- Perform monthly inspections on DBE vendor that performs fueling, probing and cleaning of revenue vehicles.
- Develop client communication strategies to foster a positive client relationship.
- Review KPI results with the DOM monthly
- Perform, coordinate and oversee audits of all maintenance processes with Technical Trainer.
- Coordinate internal control and corporate quality assurance reviews.
- Log all QA status through Monthly Reports
