Description
Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 2 years radio and/or window dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment
- Transit environment experience preferred
- Work independently and objectively
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Must have a valid driver license. CDL Class B preferred
- Ability to handle stress, including emergency situations
- Uses good judgment in making decisions in emergency and routine situations
- Email and Internet; Microsoft Office Applications Suite
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills
- Good Judgement skills
- Reasoning skills and Decision making
- Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 environment, including holidays
- Must be flexible when it comes to company scheduling needs
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with internal and external callers to

Key Accountabilities
- Assign work, vehicles and onboard equipment to operators and maintain check-out logs
- Assign operators in the event of operator absences, increased service volumes in order to
and/or emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate logs for attendance
- providing information on customers, cancellations, and directional assistance where
- Monitor operators and trip status, adjust reassignments as necessary to ensure on time
- Provide assistance to operators in the event of emergency or vehicle malfunctions,

- Document logs accurately and appropriately daily events related to service

- Report to managers any drivers failing to meet duty obligation
