- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to write and edit material quickly and persuasively while ensuring factual accuracy and clarity of language, with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to conceptualize and concisely articulate complex issues and ideas
- Strong mastery of the response tone (conversational tone)
- Organized self-starter with strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, being able to work effectively with all levels of employees across the organization
- Independent thinking and decision-making skills (propose solutions for approval)
- Ability to accommodate unexpected projects and changing priorities, as needed
