Knowledge and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of Trapeze software desired, but not required.
Proficiency in UKG and Attendance system.
Minimum of 1 year experience in data and batch processing.
Exhibits continuous attention to detail, confidentiality, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Key Accountabilities :
Responsibilities
Review, verify and reconcile entries in the Dispatch Control System (DCS) as compared to dispatch operations paperwork. Make corrections as needed to ensure accuracy of system reports. Review operator timecards auto populated from DCS and compare entries in ADP Workforce Now Time and Attendance system. Ensure accuracy of operational data as needed to support our business intelligence initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring that the schedules produced are achievable, efficient, utilize the full range of technological tools to assist in their production, and are in accordance with the Client’s policies and procedures.
Daily communication and interaction with staff and reporting to the Operations Manager and other managers assigned to the fixed route program.
Responsible for ensuring that the service provided is in accordance with the Client’s policies and procedures, and that system parameters are safeguarded from any unauthorized changes.
Critically analyzing daily schedules to improve on-time performance and productivity.
Other duties as assigned.
Review accuracy of entries in Dispatch Control System (DCS) and adjust as needed.
Review operator timecards auto populated in DCS and entries in UKG & Attendance system.
Prepare reconciliation of DCS work hour entries verses operator payroll hours.
Identify and communicate patterns in consistency of data entry in DCS.
Review and report operator attendance data from DCS and payroll.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Assist in client invoicing and reporting as generated from DCS.
Provide efficiency to the upload of data between systems.
