Now Hiring: Full-Time Cook (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM) & Dietary Aide (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Country Lane Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Keosauqua, IA, is looking for dedicated and compassionate team members to join our Dietary Department. We are hiring for full-time positions as a Cook and Dietary Aide, both essential roles in helping us deliver nutritious, well-balanced meals to the residents we serve.

Cook Responsibilities (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM):

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
• Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
• Ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and organization
  
  
  

Dietary Aide Responsibilities (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM):

• Assist with meal service in a timely and organized manner
• Help prepare food under the guidance of the cook
• Clean and sanitize food prep areas, dishes, equipment, and more
• Deliver meal trays and assist with dining room service
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in dietary services in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
• Culinary training or food service certification is a bonus
• Must be at least 18 years old
