Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Keota, IA.
The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
Shift Available : PRN
Responsibilities :
- To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards
- To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan
Qualifications
Salary : $2,625 - $5,250
