- Assists servers in their tasks to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Serves water as guests are seated.
- Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
- Removes soiled dishes from tables and takes them to the dish room.
- Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
- Cleans floors in the dining room and assures that floors are kept clean.
- Stocks servers’ station with supplies.
- Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period.
- Dusts chairs before and after meals.
- Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.
- Assures that soiled glassware is placed in proper racks.
- Maintains safety and security in work area.
- Folds napkins.
- Sets up water station and pitchers.
- Cleans and resets tables.
- Stocks the pantry with condiments and other needed supplies.
