What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Keowee Key Property Owners Association Inc?
- Takes reservations and checks table reservation schedules.
- Receives/greets and seats members and guests.
- Escalates complaints concerning food, beverages, or service to Dining Room Manager.
- Completes side work and cleaning as assigned, per the schedule.
- Participate in inventory of silverware, coffee items and other equipment as directed.
- Makes food and drink recommendations to members during seating.
- Inspects dining room to ensure proper maintenance of a clean and orderly area.
- Inspects dining room and food pick-up areas for sanitation and safety concerns.
- Assists with service of food and beverages when needed.
- Assists with table clearing and resetting as needed.
