What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at Keowee Key Property Owners Association Inc?
Daily Responsibilities:
- Trim grass around all KKPOA owned buildings and entrances.
- Remove any debris in parking lots, using a blower and hand tools.
- Maintain proper gas mixture for each trimmer or blower being used. Report equipment problems to supervisor.
- Remove leaves and debris from lawns, parking lots and flower beds.
- Assist with irrigation repairs.
- Assist with planting annual flowers and bushes.
- Maintain mulch/pine needles in all flower beds.
- Wear safety equipment while operating trimmers, blowers, mowers or performing other duties requiring safety equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform all assigned set-up, work area maintenance, clean up and closedown procedures and duties.
- Exhibit courteous, pleasant conduct with all people always.
