What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pro Shop Admin position at Keowee Key Property Owners Association Inc?
- Care for Pro Shop stock, arranging merchandise on clean racks and display stands and keeping stock neat and orderly.
- Assist customers in selection of merchandise and place special orders for merchandise not stocked.
- Assist with periodic inventories of stock and make recommendations for ordering new and replacement items.
- Assist with receiving, display, promotion, pricing and selling of merchandise and equipment in the Pro Shop.
- Greet and check in golfing members and guests.
- Take requests for, and assign, tee times.
- Receive, register, and record all payments and credits for:
- Green Fees
- Carts
- Range Balls
- Purchased Merchandise
- Prizes and Gift Certificates
- Assist with tournaments when possible.
