Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Production Manager to oversee and manage our residential Plumbing field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Plumbing Residential New Construction (RNC) Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of residential Plumbing production operations, including installations, warehouse, field technicians, testing, and forecasting, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Work with KEP internal operations staff to Develop and implement production schedules, considering capacity, resources, and customer demands, to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
Utilize KEP existing operations staff to help identify ways to save time and build efficiencies.
Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize productivity and ensure a safe working environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to minimize workplace hazards and maintain a high level of employee safety awareness.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the purchasing team to maintain adequate stock levels.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to residential Plumbing installation, and propose relevant improvements or modifications to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Build a sub-contractor group for field installs. Hire and build field team. Work with HR and recruiters.
Work with KEP field office operations to ensure customer satisfaction is being met.
