Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical rough-ins and trim-outs in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and company standards.
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, and other electrical components in new construction homes.
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical work.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked on each project.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any concerns.

Specific Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
- Journeyman Electrician license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential electrical work, preferably in new construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
