General Job Description
This role performs an array of functions that include receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and ensuring general cleanliness and safety in the warehouse in Indianapolis, IN
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and vans.
- Verifying product counts and stocking items.
- Labeling and organizing materials in the warehouse.
- Cleaning the warehouse space.
- Fulfilling orders.
- Preparing and staging orders for delivery.
- Managing warehouse organization.
- Operating a forklift, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
- Handling bulk items and individual pieces.
- Ensuring warehouse and grounds are clean, including trash removal and reorganization as needed.

Specific Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strongly desired forklift experience
- Self-starter capable of working independently without constant supervision
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Must have English verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of urgency and capability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude with team player qualities, confirmed by references
