THE ROLE
The Director of Kepler's Amazon Endemic business unit oversees all aspects of the team's development, including innovation and consistency in premium service offerings, strategic partner development, building and managing a high-performing team, and providing broader retail thought leadership across Kepler's endemic enterprise clients.
The Director will serve as a subject matter expert in all matters related to Amazon's advertising, SEO, and retail operations ecosystem, and partner where needed with Kepler's Center of Excellence Leads (Video, Social, Programmatic, Search, Planning, Influencer / Creator, and Retail Media).
What You Will Do :
Amazon Partnership development : Manage and design the strategy to grow partnerships and relationships with strategic personnel at Amazon, including AEs, pod leads, department heads, SMEs
Retail operations : Seller / Vendor Central support, order fulfillment expertise, etc.
Internal : Serve as an internal SME to Kepler teams looking to develop an improved Amazon strategy or engage with Amazon third-party retail media partners (Pacvue, Skai, etc.)
Desired Skills and Experience :
Ability to "do what it takes" and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communications.
Travel : Some US travel, rare international travel possible.
Preferred Locations : NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Toronto, Boston.
