What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender - Belgrade Full Time position at Kepler Holdings?
We are a cannabis company that serves patients and customers throughout the state. We have a grow and dispensary in Bozeman MT. We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and dependable full-time budtender at our new Belgrade Dispensary. Schedule requires evenings and weekends (we open at 9am and close at 8pm). Pay starts at $16/hour D.O.E. plus tips (cash take home daily), 30% employee discount, and $200 monthly store credit. We offer healthcare benefits for full-time employees. - Strong customer service skills, calm compassionate and knowledgeable about the industry, good computer skills, ability to listen and follow instruction, excellent team member!
-Position covers sales in the dispensary, managing inventory including merchandise and CBD, POS and website maintenance (including graphics, data input, adjustments), cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects, packaging of marijuana flower grown onsite
- Computer skills and experience, including experience with inventory management and point of sales systems encouraged
- Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honestly and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.
-Driver's license is a requirement
-Cannot work in the industry if you have a felony per state law

-Must be available to work closing (until 8:30pm) and weekend shifts. We are open 7 days a week 9am-8pm
