What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Delivery Driver and Manufacturing Tech position at Kepler Holdings?
We are a medical and recreational cannabis company that serves consumers throughout the state. We have a grow and manufacturing facility in the Bozeman area. We deliver cannabis products from the Bozeman production location to our dispensaries in Bozeman, Butte, Hamilton, and Livingston on a weekly basis. We also deliver wholesale cannabis products to other licensed dispensaries throughout the state when we make wholesale sales. We are looking for a part time driver to deliver cannabis products where needed, likely 2-3 days a week. Pay while driving is $21/hour. Clean driving record required, company van provided.
When not driving, we will have additional work available packaging and trimming to make sure you get a full 40 hours per week. Pay while packaging and trimming here in Bozeman is $20/hr. Requirements:
- Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honestly and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.
- Driver's license is a requirement to be a driver, otherwise only a federally recognized ID is necessary to get your badge.
- Felonies must be disclosed to the state and may prevent you from getting your badge.
