Grow Team Member – Cannabis Cultivation
Location: Bozeman Area, Montana
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Grow Team, you will play a vital role in the cultivation and care of our plants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cloning and transplanting
- Nutrient mixing and watering
- Pest management
- Defoliating and harvesting.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary environment to protect plants from microbials and bacteria.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
- Opportunities to learn about other aspects of running a successful cannabis company.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Weekend availability is required (non-negotiable).
