Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility. Selecting and ordering eyewear for patients. Making small repairs and adjustments for eyeglasses. Ensuring that patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business. Encouraging and supporting their team by communicating effectively and helping each other reach a common goal. Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation. Optician Roles begin at $17/hr with extremely aggressive/obtainable commissions and spiff structure.
