As an Optician I, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch patient care, guiding them toward the perfect eyewear to fit their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences. We are looking for an experienced optical sales associate to keep up with a high volume clinic. What You’ll Do: Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preference. Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style Make recommendations based on insurance coverage, submitting insurance claims for eyeglass orders, submitting orders to the lab Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses Verifying and dispensing incoming orders from the lab, tracking orders, troubleshooting patient problems with glasses Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye-related concerns What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and quick on their feet Coachable attitude—ready to learn and grow in the optical field Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing patient needs and office demands Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable demeanor Why You’ll Love Working Here: Training and growth – We provide continuous training to help you succeed.
