We’re looking for a kind, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-pace, high-volume practice as a Patient Care Coordinator. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, offering a welcoming atmosphere and top-tier care every step of the way. What You’ll Do: Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries, accurately entering and verifying patient demographic and insurance information Handling incoming and outgoing records requests, incoming and outgoing referrals Checking patients in for appointments and checking them out, and taking payments Ensure smooth patient flow through excellent time management and multitasking skills Assist other team members and handle administrative tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For: 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required!)
