What You'll Do :
- Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries, accurately entering and verifying patient demographic and insurance information
- Handling incoming and outgoing records requests, incoming and outgoing referrals
- Checking patients in for appointments and checking them out, and taking payments
- Ensure smooth patient flow through excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Assist other team members and handle administrative tasks as assigned
