Job Title: Laborer – Remodeling Crew
Job Type: Full-Time - 40 hrs
Location: Williamson County and surrounding areas.

We are a professional remodeling company committed to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for reliable and hardworking laborers to join our crew and support the successful completion of various remodeling projects.
Job Summary:
The Laborer will assist with remodeling projects by performing physical tasks, preparing and cleaning work areas, and supporting skilled crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and build a career in the construction and remodeling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction labor, including demolition, framing, painting, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools at job sites.
- Prepare and maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed.
- Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and other supervisors.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or remodeling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in all weather and seasons.
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
