Billing Analyst

Job Summary

·       Approving/invoicing work orders for various operations.

·       Requesting POs and adding PO numbers to work orders.

·       Interacting with multiple different people and knowing who to reach out to for different reasons.

·       Assisting with Portal billing and submitting invoices to correct sites.

·       Communicating with clients and resolving any issues they inquire about.

Qualifications

·         BA Degree in related field.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Organizational skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to prioritize

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
