We are the nation’s largest cleaning and pressure washing company, proudly operating over 100 locations nationwide. We provide mobile pressure washing services for truck fleets, restaurants, and commercial properties. This is a Day and Night Shift field position where you will work outdoors in all types of weather.
Shift Needs:
- night shifts (Monday - Friday) with flexibility for daytime/weekend work with advance notice.
- daytime weekday shifts (Monday - Friday) with the possibility of weekend work.
- daytime weekend work (Guaranteed Saturdays & Sundays) with the option to move into weekday full-time shifts if desired.
Job Overview:
We are seeking Day and Night Shift Facilities Technicians to join our team immediately. This is a field technician role, meaning you will be trained in multiple service areas beyond pressure washing, including compactor cleaning, HVAC cleaning, pressure washing, and other facility maintenance tasks.
This role requires 12-hour shifts, as most of our cleaning services take place during late evenings and early mornings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment and use various nozzle types for cleaning surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, and vehicles.
- Perform compactor cleaning, HVAC cleaning, pressure washing, and other facility maintenance services as required.
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it operates effectively, reporting any malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and job sites.
- Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Interact with clients professionally, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum Age: 21 years
✔ License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔ Background Check: Must pass a background check and E-Verify
✔ Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment (50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods
✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
✔ DOT Medical Card (preferred, but company will provide training and cover costs)
✔ Previous experience in pressure washing or a related field (preferred but not required)
✔ Knowledge of pressure washing equipment and techniques is an asset
