Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Fleet Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance, maintenance, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fleet Operations Management : Supervise and coordinate daily fleet activities, ensuring vehicles are operational and available to meet service demands.
- Maintenance Coordination : Oversee vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and extend fleet longevity.
- Compliance Assurance : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Team Leadership : Manage and train drivers and fleet personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Logistics and Scheduling : Develop efficient routing and scheduling plans to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain inventory of fleet-related supplies, such as fuel, parts, and cleaning materials.
- Reporting and Analytics : Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, costs, and incidents; generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service : Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address service needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
