Responsibilities:
✅ Answer inbound calls and assist clients with inquiries and getting calls to the correct staff
✅ Make outbound calls to follow up with clients
✅ Schedule appointments and provide case updates
✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions
✅ Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:

✅ Strong communication and listening skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅Basic computer skills (typing, email, and data entry)
✅ Ability to handle a high volume of calls with patience and professionalism
