We seek a team member who can support project management and client communications to ensure that they receive the best quality services and can continue their good work.
General job duties :
We seek a consulting staff member who supports all aspects of the management consulting practice and growth opportunities. The person in this position will work at the direction of the management consulting principal and consulting managers. Travel varies but may range between 10% to 30% per month during certain periods of a project.
In general, this position requires proficiency in the following skillsets :
- Support the KEB consulting team’s project management.
Help develop, coordinate and track work plans for client projects and internal projects.
Develop communications plans for client projects.
Draft social media content about our consulting services and client experiences.
Support interviews, analysis and report-writing for each assessment (ministries can relate to health care, education, spirituality and other social services.
Help track performance of the management consulting practice to evaluate opportunities to adjust, experiment and grow.
