This person works in our St. Louis office and assists each advisor with the operational needs of his or her clients through developing and maintaining good working relationships with both the clients and advisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides quick and accurate answers to operational questions for advisors and clients
- Provides comprehensive operational support to clients, including facilitating all monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests through CRM
- Monitors pending new accounts and transfers
- Handles all communication regarding custodians through our back office providers
- Works with team leader on special projects (such as client appreciation events)
- Review quarterly reports for accuracy and collates reports.
- Acquire working knowledge of our investment philosophy
- Tracks and completes any special projects throughout the year, including advisor notifications and year-end required minimum distributions
- Monitors client asset investment allocations
- Prepare investment allocation rebalance recommendations for advisor review
- Monitor cash levels for client periodic disbursements and deposits
- Diligent recording of client communication and all support in CRM
- Retirement analysis data input
- Portfolio analysis data input
- Social security analysis data input
- Manages client onboarding process
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in financial services industry
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Strong commitment to superb client service
- Possess a positive attitude toward learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with various personality types. Ability to multi-task and quickly switch priorities when necessary
- Must be organized and efficient in a demanding work environment
- Ability to remain calm under stress
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite products
