Are you a licensed Real Estate professional in Minnesota looking to kickstart your career while earning a steady income? We offer an hourly rate plus a closing bonus for showing homes to potential buyers. We are seeking a friendly individual to join our dynamic Real Estate team as a Showing Agent.
We require field service and Showing Agents to support our busy buyer agents. If you possess a proactive attitude, professionalism, and reliability, we want to hear from you. Earn an hourly wage and receive a bonus commission upon successful home closings. Plus, enjoy a commission of 0.1% of the final sale price when the deal is closed.
Responsibilities
- Available / Responsive to requests for showings
- Show homes in the Twin Cities Area
- Push listings to Buyers from the office / your home when applicable
- Follow the Showing Agent process with the Sales Agent and Showing Team
- Available to hold open houses as needed
- Additional administrative tasks for the team as needed
