Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals in our database to identify potential buyers and sellers
- Participate in our comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and maximize your earning potential as a real estate agent
- Ensure punctuality and come prepared to complete all necessary tasks to further your career in the real estate industry
- Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues to foster successful relationships
- Conduct open houses in accordance with pre- and post-promotion guidelines in Plymouth, MN
- Negotiate real estate contracts on behalf of buyers, following the guidance and support provided by our team
