Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of OSHA Standards (OTI 502 or 503 & OTI 510 or 511)
Mobile Equipment Competent Trainer
Breakdown of Duties:
Field Work:
- Serve as company representative during regulatory compliance inspections
- Site safety inspections
- Housekeeping audits
- Weekly on-site training topics
- Behavior based safety assessments
- Incident investigation
- Ensure employee compliance with safety policies
Office Work:
- Inventory PPE
- Participate in workers’ compensation audits
- Create and update written safety programs as required
- Track employee hours by location monthly
- Submit monthly, quarterly and annual safety reports
- MSHA quarterly reports
- Job Safety Analysis
- Maintain chemical inventory (SDS)
- OSHA forms (300 & 300A)
- Maintain audit-read equipment logs
- Generate and track mobile equipment certification cards
- Input all training into database
Training:
- Annual update training
- New employee orientation and safety training
- Create, conduct and update job-specific training modules as required
Additional Tasks:
- Maintain qualification (daily maintenance and annual desktop audits) within the following
contractor prequalification agencies:
o ISNetworld
o PICS Auditing
o ISTC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
