We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join one of the largest Real Estate teams in the DMV. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to grow their career, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new real estate business opportunities and driving the sales pipeline forward!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other resources to generate new business opportunities for Real Estate Agents.
- Prospect Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria, ensuring they meet the Team’s target client profile.
- Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and/or text message communication to schedule an introductory appointment with an Agent on our team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline in our FollowUpBoss CRM system, tracking follow-ups and next steps.
- Sales Support: Provide relevant information to prospects and assist the agent by accompanying them to scheduled appointments, ensuring a smooth and effective interaction.
- Reporting: Report on lead generation activities, success metrics, and outcomes to leadership.
