We are looking for a receptionist to serve as our customer"s and callers" first point of contact. The individual should make a positive first impression upon answering calls from our corporate call queue.
Duties Include :
1. Answering and directing phone calls : The receptionist will handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization.
2. Scheduling appointments and meetings : Manage schedules and appointments for staff members, including arranging Google and Zoom meetings.
3. Handling administrative tasks : This can include sorting and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and performing data entry.
6. Providing general information : The receptionist will be responsible for providing general information to visitors, clients, or callers about the organization"s products, services, or policies.
7. Assisting with administrative support : The receptionist may be asked to support other administrative staff, such as filing, photocopying, and other general office duties.
8. Communicating with other departments : The receptionist will often act as a liaison between different departments within the organization, relaying messages and facilitating communication.

The pay range for this role is :
