About the role
While working at Kerico, you'll be helping to solve one of the nation's growing healthcare challenges ensuring patients get to and from their medical appointments safely and on time.
We use smart design and innovative technology to make patient transportation safer and more connected. We are looking for someone to come in and immediately make a difference.
This is a true opportunity for someone to take charge and own the development of systems and processes.
What you"ll do
- Recruit new drivers
- On-board new drivers
- Support existing drivers
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations?
- Develop and execute driver education programs
- Handle driver inquiries and concerns and provide feedback to the leadership team
- Create and execute driver engagement programs
- Assist leaders with tracking performance and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including updating and distributing policies and procedures as necessary
- Provide regular communication with the drivers and internal teams
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of HR experience managing and enforcing policies and / or procedures
- Bachelor"s Degree preferred
- Proficient oral and written communication
- Advanced user of Excel and Word
- Track record of setting goals, creating action plans, and delivering results
- Experience networking and building a talent base
- Success in high-volume recruiting and retention
