Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative marketing team and help drive the success of Kerioth Corporation and our affiliated real estate developments, hotels, and restaurants. A primary focus of this role will be supporting marketing efforts for The Township at Colony Park, one of Mississippi’s premier mixed-use developments.

This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

Develop and maintain social media calendar that aligns with the goals of various accounts within Kerioth’s portfolio.
Draft and publish engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Create compelling email marketing campaigns to promote properties, events, and special promotions.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring information remains current and engaging.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing reports on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, rack cards, and other print or digital assets.

Support the commercial real estate brokerage by creating flyers, graphics, e-blasts, sales collateral, layouts, maps, and other marketing materials.

Event Marketing & Community Engagement

Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting events across Kerioth properties and restaurants, such as grand openings, seasonal events, festivals, and tenant-driven initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, working closely with them to showcase their offerings through social media features, promotional campaigns, and event collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design, or event planning.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Understanding of social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.

Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
