Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support all aspects of the sales cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with sales order entry and review of orders for accuracy
- Answer incoming calls as needed and direct callers to the appropriate contact
- Provide customers with order tracking and related documents (invoices, packing slips, test reports)
- Forward expedite requests to the production team at the request of the sales department or customers
- Assist the billing department as needed with invoicing of customer orders
- Provide customers with order status upon request and work with sales and production to address any orders that are late
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Customer-first mindset
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred
