What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grading Equipment Operator position at Kern Asphalt Paving & Sealing Co., Inc.?
Kern Asphalt is looking for a skilled heavy equipment operator. We are willing to train skilled operators for a foreman position within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment operation, fine grade, laser, reading blueprints, grade checking, etc. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Equipment Operator Experience mandatory: scraper, motorgrader, skip, backhoe, etc.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
