Assessment Technician

Examination Schedule :

• Written Exam : will be conducted on January 23, 2025Examinations :  Written Exam (Weight 100%) : Will be conducted for the purpose of assessing the applicant's knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations; processes and procedures in assigned area of responsibility, such as general property tax assessment; standard office equipment and procedures; data entry techniques; customer service principles; filing techniques.Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the exam process.Minimum Qualifications / Employment Standards : High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. and Two (2) years of clerical work, this includes computer experience.  One (1) year of the required experience may be substituted for one (1) year of coursework (30 semester units or 45 quarter units) at an accredited college or university.Please ensure applicable materials are attached to your application. Other permanent and temporary appointments will be made as needed.
