DEFINITION
Under general supervision, the Field Support Specialist provides training and support to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) for the CSIS Program;
assist in the development of data management best practices for local use by LEAs, and participate in the ongoing process of creating and maintaining training material associated with work undertaken by the CSIS Program;
this position may involve travel within California.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in client support/training function, student information systems operations or data policy analysis; experience working with student information systems preferred.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university required.
Work experience resulting in an equivalent knowledge base may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $7,119.00 - $7,830.00 per month
