You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
As our Customer Service Manager, your day will revolve around leading our call center team, ensuring they meet performance goals, and helping them grow within their roles. You'll spend time handling inbound and outbound calls, while also mentoring and training new team members as the company expands. Your leadership will inspire your team to provide top-notch customer service, resolve issues quickly, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your ability to solve problems, track performance, and provide feedback will be key to the success of the department.
