ABOUT THE POSITION
Schedule: This is a part-time position with varying shifts within business hours (7 AM to 5 PM).
Your Role: As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you step into the role of a customer's best ally. As the first point of contact, you answer incoming calls with a friendly voice, ready to assist customers with their HVAC needs. You skillfully schedule maintenance visits, order necessary parts, and follow up to ensure every customer is satisfied.
