QUALIFICATIONS : The successful candidate will possess the demonstrated ability to work with business application users, administrative staff, and IT technical resources to implement, configure, and maintain business application software; read and understand complex technical documentation, and write technical and functional business requirements and procedures.
The duties of the Business Process Analyst include working as a key member of the technical support team to manage PeopleSoft ERP modules throughout the complete lifecycle of implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Working
under limited supervision from the Business Applications Coordinator and the Director, Information Systems and Technology, the Business Process Analyst consults with business application end users and the functional administrative team to define software functional requirements and ensure optimal operational performance. This position also works
closely with IT and project management technical and functional resources to enhance standard business practices and improve efficiencies. The Business Process Analyst will maintain application security, write technical and functional specification documents, build end user reports and queries, assist with user training, and act as a liaison between technical, functional, and administrative staff.
This position requires experience in maintaining industry-standard business applications in disciplines including, but not limited to HR, Benefits, and Payroll. The successful candidate must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to successfully understand and convey complex business requirements and technical procedures.

Four-year college or university degree in information systems or directly related field. Two years of recent experience in business application management and / or functional support of PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM desirable.
A CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.
DUTIES OF POSITION : Work with functional and technical resources to implement, configure, and maintain ERP and other industry standard business application software. Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation, build end user reports and queries, maintain application security, assist with user training.
STARTING SALARY : $7,467.22 (monthly)
NUMBER OF MONTHS : 12 (to begin as soon as possible)
NUMBER OF HOURS : 8 (daily working hours 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.)
