Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have (1-3) years experience in machine operation and the use of SPC and precision gauges, knowledge of CNC machines, operation and print reading, strong math skills, High School diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of 5s, valid driver's license, ability to operate a fork lift and pallet jack, minimum 1 year working experience in a manufacturing environment, and physical abilities to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform climbing, crawling, and/or kneeling tasks.
