- Helps with annual enrollment
Ideal Backrgound
- 5 years of experience with compensation and or total rewards
- strong analytical and quantitative skills
- HRIS Systems knowledge
- Professional, polite and service-oriented
- CCP or CBP certifications preferred but not required
