About Kernersville Veterinary Hospital :
- We are a small animal hospital with two exam rooms as well as two surgical rooms
- Our practice includes a separate dental station
- Services provided include general wellness for pets as well as dentistry, diagnostic services, surgery, laser therapy, travel certificates, and end-of-life care
- We offer in-house ultrasounds as well as digital radiographic diagnostics, tonopen procedures, and have an in-house lab

Advancing Medical Care :
Oversee surgical and medical cases for all doctors, ensuring positive outcomes, accurate estimates, and client communication and educationAnswer client questions and concerns regarding medical and surgical proceduresProvide oversight and direction of medical standards, quality of care and inventoryEstablish medical protocolsOversee transfer of medical cases from doctor to doctorMinimizes waste and controls costs relating to medical supplies, surgical instruments, and drug inventoriesLeading Staff and Practice :
Participate in recruiting and interviewing process for Doctors, and when appropriate general staff membersBe passionate about Mentoring other AssociatesMonitor Doctor performance and productionParticipates in technician appraisal and medical counseling sessionsEnsure all medical staff receive applicable training, including the mentoring of new graduatesSupports the Hospital Manager with staff training programs and tracking CE and DVM licensureFinancial Responsibilities :
Drive revenue and contribute to hospital growth, including managing hospital expensesAssist in the preparation of an annual planning strategy, operating budget and capital budgetMonitors key financial reportsDrives patient visits and encourages community involvementEmbrace change and support interests within the hospitalMonitors client service, marketing, and growth initiativesSkills and Basic Qualifications :
