Work Experience Requirements:
· TWO (2) YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN LATHE SETUP AND MACHINING.
· EXPERIENCE IN THREADING AND GRINDING PREFERRED.
· ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND BLUEPRINTS. TRAINING AVAILABLE.
· AFTER TRAINING, ABLE TO MAKE OWN SETUPS.
· ABLE TO WORK WITH CLOSE TOLERANCES.
· Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
· Keeps work area clean and organized to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent Training.
Job Description and Duties:
· SET UP AND RUN PRODUCTION JOBS.
· INSPECT AND VERIFY FIRST PIECE OF THE PRODUCTION RUNS.
· ASSIST ENGINEERING IN DEVELOPING NEW JOBS.
· OBSERVE MACHINE OPERATIONS TO DETECT MALFUNCTIONS OR OUT-OF-TOLERANCE MACHINING.
· PERFORM SECONDARY OPERATIONS AS REQUIRED.
