ASPHALT PAVING TEAM MEMBER Join Our Growing Team at Kerr Contractors!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with experienced crew members on road construction and paving projects
- Help prepare surfaces for paving operations
- Assist in laying asphalt to proper grade and depth
- Use hand tools and small equipment to complete paving tasks
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Be part of a team that takes pride in quality work
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the workday
- Basic math skills
- Safety-minded approach to work
